Being new to Ms.Simone’s work i’ve been wanting to pick up her books for quite some time now! As soon as i stumbled across the synopsis for this book, i knew i had to read it first! I picked it up and got into the Burned Inc. world! I enjoyed it!
Zora and Cyrus’s journey grabbed my attention. These two are brought into each other’s lives when Cyrus’s girlfriend goes to Zora’s company Burned Inc. to have someone break up with him for her. As life throws Zora and Cyrus together and attraction blooms between them, can they trust the fall or are some truths too much?
I really liked the different way these two were brought together and how i didn’t know what all to expect in their story. The chemistry between Zora and Cyrus was so good! I was so glad that i got to jump into both of their minds and get their real. I so enjoyed the way these characters and their story had me feeling many things all throughout!
With Heated, Ms.Simone has created a good and refreshing read! I am so looking forward to reading more from her, especially the second Burned Inc. book, Ravaged!
