All my life I’ve been hiding, until there is no corner on this god-forsaken earth left for me to hide. I have to pay for the sins of my father. No one with Ellison blood in their veins is allowed to live, and I am the last of my bloodline.I am kept in a container waiting for my death sentence to be carried out, when he comes. He is only known as ‘Predator’. No one knows who he works for, only that he leaves no one alive.

His every breath is filled with the last gasp of his dying prey.

But for some reason he doesn’t kill me.

I don’t know which is worse, the death sentence hanging over my head, or being at his mercy.

My Review :

Thank you so very much Give Me Books Promotions for sending me an ARC of Predator!! I’m very honored and grateful!! 🙂 Happy Book Release Day Ms.Horst!!

5 Riveting Stars!!

Ms.Horst wrote one of the most beautiful dedications that i have ever read to the point of bringing me to tears. She doesn’t know how much those words touched my heart and meant to me. Moving onto the story it was absolutely kick butt incredible and totally blew me away!! Holy cow i don’t think I’ve come across a book that with so much action and suspense as this one holds within. It was on a roll from the get go and i never once felt bored nor that i wasn’t engaged into the story.

Nothing was rushed in my opinion and the heartbreaking parts in Predator only added more depth to the story which left me feeling thoroughly entertained. This book broke my heart, made me cry, kept me on the edge of my seat, left me blushing, and smiling but most importantly it gave me hope. Ms.Horst created a world that not only will be sticking with me for so many years to come but she brought a light to any reader struggling in the darkness. I will forever be a fan of hers.

Cara Ellison was a character that had everything in her life stripped away from her. Running became the only option but of course not by any means her choice. She was a fighter and so very strong to endure the things that had happened. I wanted to reach into the story and hug her tight. No one deserves the cruelty nor any of the pain that was dealt to her whatsoever so when i read certain parts of this book it was difficult to keep my heart intact without breaking. I became proud of her time and time again. I was thrilled that she was a heroine that showed true growth during the story. So many times she could’ve just thrown the towel in on life and called it day but she didn’t which was something admirable.

Damian Weston was a character that lived to rid the world of vial people who had done terrible things. He reached into others Hell’s just so they could find the will to make it through to the next day. Damian was ruthless and lethal in the world he lived in everyday. I thought he so sweet at times and of course sexy in a dangerous way. He frustrated me lots of times but in my opinion he always said or did something that redeemed his character. His past haunted him and i think with how he threw himself into his line of work it was put on the back-burner never fully going away. My heart was warmed by his words various times and he has got to be one of the best book boyfriends that’s ever been created. I live him to a fault. ❤

I highly recommend this story to anyone looking for a read that not only will capture your interest but your heart and mind as well. To say i love this book would be a huge understatement! It is so incredible and i just don’t think my words could ever do it justice. One-click Predator today and find your solace in the pages of it! You will be missing out BIG time if you don’t read it! I hope it creates a happiness in your life as much as it did for me. 5 Stars all around!! 🙂

“Look at me, Cara,” and he waits until I do, “love is such a flawed thing. You can love someone but still leave them. What I feel for you goes way beyond that one word. I’m addicted to you. I feel protective of you. I breathe for you.” His eyes caress my face and follow the tears into my hair. “Love is really such a flawed word for what I feel. I live for you.”
